The story is about a „teenage romance” that’s been going on for six years. The couple consists of a nearly 80 year-old lady named Zsófia Aranyossy, poet and performer. László Bencze, a retired miner, almost 10 years younger than she. Zsófia is a poetic , sensitive spirit with a refined style, while László is the stalwart representative of raw, miner manliness. Their life together produces many comic and dramatic situations. The way they act in front of the camera is unusually natural. Sometimes we get the feeling that it’s not even a documentary we’re making… Their duo is touching, and their devotion towards one another is simply captivating.
